We recognise that the successful achievement of our quality objectives are dependent upon a positive quality culture, based on commitment, experience, knowledge, education and training of personnel at all levels.

The senior management take responsibility for the quality management system and provide adequate resources and investment to ensure it is maintained and developed to ensure continuous improvement throughout the business process.

All staff receive in-house food hygiene training and all practices are constantly monitored to ensure the integrity of our products.

Our HACCP system regulates our process and is regularly audited and externally assessed.
